About this position: 423 Communities is seeking a dependable, highly organized Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant to serve in a high-impact, hybrid support role within our growing Christian recovery ministry. This individual will help ensure that key operational processes are handled with precision, professionalism, and care, including: Member records and database updates Communication management Digital community oversight Group tracking and reporting Project execution support In addition to administrative support, this role requires managing recurring operational tasks while providing flexible support to ministry leadership across multiple areas.
