Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance About the Role We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a CEO in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This individual will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring the executive's day-to-day priorities are executed seamlessly while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems independently, and creating structure in an ever-changing environment. Responsibilities Manage a complex and constantly evolving executive calendar, prioritizing meetings and commitments. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics. Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive meetings. Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Track deadlines, action items, and ongoing projects to ensure timely execution. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Organize meetings, events, and executive engagements from planning through completion. Screen communications and determine priorities while exercising sound judgment. Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned. Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify solutions before issues arise. Qualifications 8-10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations.
