This role provides high-level administrative and operational support while helping ensure the efficient day-to-day function of the practice. This position is ideal for a motivated college graduate seeking a long-term career opportunity in healthcare administration. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing within the organization, as this role is designed to serve as a career track into future leadership opportunities such as Clinic Administrator or Practice Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position intended for individuals who are eager to build a career in healthcare operations and management. Responsibilities Provide executive and administrative support to leadership and healthcare staff Manage emails, phone calls, scheduling, correspondence, and office communications Maintain electronic medical records systems and patient data Coordinate calendars, meetings, and patient appointments Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other business documents Assist in resolving administrative and operational issues within the practice Support daily healthcare administrative and office management tasks Handle order entry and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette Assist with workflow coordination and special projects as assigned Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree required or currently obtraining Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred Strong interest administration, operations, and leadership development Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software applications Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Ability to manage calendars, priorities, and deadlines effectively Familiarity with medical receptionist or patient coordination duties is a plus Growth Opportunity We are looking for someone who is seeking more than just a job — we are seeking an individual interested in building a long-term career within healthcare administration.
