- Executive Personal Assistant & Office Assistant Longhorn Tejas Property Builders / Commercial / Retails and Renovators House Rentals We are currently seeking 3 exceptional professionals to join our growing team: Hiring 2 Positions for this role: Office Assistant s Needed to help our project coordinators We are looking for highly organized, proactive, and driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates are multitaskers, problem-solvers, self-starters, and team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
OFFICE ASSISTANT
We are looking for someone who is extremely organized , detail-oriented, and capable of helping manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position plays a critical role in supporting project planning, coordination, vendor management, and administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking construction and renovation projects Follow up with clients, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers Research and obtain pricing from vendors and suppliers Source materials and equipment needed for ongoing projects Assist with preparing contracts, proposals, change orders, and project documentation Track project deadlines and ensure follow-ups are completed on time Maintain organized project files, records, and documentation Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally Schedule meetings and coordinate project-related communications Order office supplies, equipment, and project materials Assist with permits, inspections, and project closeout documentation when needed Support management with administrative and operational tasks Assist with internal audits, reviews, and process improvements
Qualifications:
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer applications Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Hiring for this position (1)
EXECUTIVE PERSONAL
ASSISTANTResponsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and reports Run business and personal errands as needed Track action items and follow up on deadlines Handle confidential information with discretion Assist executives with daily operations and special projects Ensure executives are prepared and on time for meetings and appointments
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Flexible schedule when needed Positive attitude and strong work ethic Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred
