Job Description

•Flexible Schedule• We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant with a unique set of skills to become a vital part of our team. We are looking for a diligent Executive Assistant to support the executives with daily administrative duties. The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include planning meetings, organizing calendars, creating proposals and presentations as needed. Must be a good writer with excellent grammar. To be successful as an Executive Assistant, you should have excellent organizational skills, be proactive, and possess a professional demeanor. Must maintain confidential information. Must be punctual. Must be highly-organized with attention to detail. This position will require work that may be outside normal business hours and days.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree is required. Minimum 3+ years of experience Must be able to assist with returning calls and setting appointments on behalf of the Executives. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Ability to multi-task in a high energy, fast paced environment Strong attention to detail, highly-organized and computer literate Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills required Exceptional customer service skills are required Ability to follow up on ongoing jobs or issues Responsible for answering and placing telephone calls on behalf of the Executives. Provides support including but not limited to typing, filing, copying and coordinating calendars Take memos, maintain files, and organize, photocopy, fax, and collate documents as needed Plan, organize and implement events, such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners, Prepare reports, presentations and proposals, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings Experience scheduling appointments and updating calendars - Will update, manage and maintain executive schedule
