COO & CEO

Texarkana, TX Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000/year DOE Position Summary Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to support a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to be at the center of executive operations, helping ensure seamless day-to-day functions while supporting key organizational initiatives and priorities. This position plays a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly through calendar management, project coordination, communication support, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and other executive-level administrative functions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative support experience required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Experience using document management software such as PDF Exchange or similar platforms. Experience with Power BI, Canva (or similar design tools), Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Project is highly preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional presence with outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
