Job Description
A growing industrial organization is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer, as well as additional support to executive leadership including Finance, Human Resources, and Legal. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless executive operations, effective communication, and coordination across departments in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced executive support professional who thrives in a dynamic setting, exercises sound judgment, and can manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, executive briefings, and correspondence. Track action items, deadlines, and strategic initiatives to ensure timely follow-through. Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting. Support additional senior leaders within Finance, HR, and Legal functions. Strategic Coordination & Communication Partner with leadership teams to support organizational initiatives and operational priorities. Assist with executive meetings, leadership events, town halls, and company communications. Serve as a key liaison between executives, employees, vendors, and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personnel information. Board & Corporate Support Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and related logistics. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documentation. Maintain organized records and governance-related documentation. Office & Process Management Manage filing systems, records, invoices, and administrative workflows. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency. Provide leadership and support to administrative functions within the corporate office. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 10+ years of executive administrative support experience. Experience supporting C-suite executives strongly preferred. Background supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineering, chemical, or corporate environments preferred. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint preferred. Ability to prioritize competing demands, anticipate needs, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. HOUWD51
