Executive Assistant We're looking for a sharp, organized, and highly professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO — a fast-moving, globally engaged leader driving innovation in cybersecurity. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems before they arise, and can manage complex schedules across time zones, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments. Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and occasional international trips. Prepare and organize meeting materials, brief notes, and follow-ups. Track and prioritize key tasks, emails, and requests for the CEO. Support special projects, presentations, and company events as needed. Maintain confidentiality with professionalism at all times. Partner with the operations and leadership teams to ensure alignment and clear communication across the organization. Anticipate upcoming needs, prioritize tasks, and drive efficiency in daily operations and strategic initiatives. Qualifications | Skills 5 years' experience supporting senior executives (C-suite or Managing Partner level) Background in cybersecurity, tech, or law firm environments preferred Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.) Ability to stay two steps ahead — anticipating needs and managing priorities with confidence CYPFER is an equal opportunity employer.
