Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage calendars, scheduling, and communication flow Prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-through Help drive execution across leadership priorities, projects, and company initiatives Team Experience & Events Plan and execute company events and team gatherings Coordinate team celebrations and recognition initiatives Operations & Organization Help create structure, accountability, and operational clarity across a fast-growing organization Create clarity in fast-moving environments Strong ability to organize, track, and analyze data, metrics, and operational trends to help leadership make informed decisions. Client & Team Relations Lead thoughtful follow-ups and communication Help create meaningful touchpoints for clients and team members Able to interact professionally with executives, department heads, owners, vendors, and team members Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive and able to anticipate needs of the Director and team Clear and confident communicator Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment Trustworthy and professional Handles sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion Strong interpersonal skills and team-focused mindset Strong writer with clear, professional communication skills Highly proficient with computers and modern business tools Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency High ownership mentality with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and follow through without constant direction. This is a high-expectation role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys fast-moving environments, shifting priorities, and helping bring order to many moving pieces. Schedule Monday•Friday 8:30 AM•5:00
PM Compensation & Benefits Job Type:
Full-time•This is an in-office position based in St. George, UT and is not eligible for remote work.
Hourly Rate:
