Salt Lake City, UT Pay:
$27hr
  • $31hr.
Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm This role will directly support the Executive Director and is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, intuitive, and highly organized , with the ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

  • 31/hour DOE (flexibility to go higher for the right candidate)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00
PM Work Environment:
Business casual (professional attire required for monthly board meetings) Long-term contract with a stable and collaborative team
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage complex calendars, communications, and priorities for executive leadership Coordinate and support Board of Commissioners meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential matters Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level correspondence Support special projects and help drive organizational initiatives forward
What They're Looking For:
Strong experience supporting executive-level leadership (ideally 8+ years or equivalent experience) Exceptional organizational and communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain discretion Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required This is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you'll be a key partner to leadership and play an integral part in day-to-day operations.
