Job Description:

Zealot builds AI for offensive cybersecurity. Our customers are the military and intelligence community. We're ~15 people in person on Washington, DC, growing fast. You'll own calendars, inboxes, travel, and expenses for multiple execs. You'll quarterback trips end-to-end across commercial and private aviation, draft correspondence in our voice, and prep for board meetings, investor calls, and government engagements. You'll keep the CRM and recruiting pipeline honest, run office logistics, and plan offsites, dinners, and the occasional fire drill.

You:

You've done this for 3+ years for senior operators at a startup, fund, firm, or government office. You're obsessive about details - typos, time zones, misspelled names, uncoded receipts. You value humor highly, as we spend a lot of time together and that matters.

You write well:

short, clear, in someone else's voice. You have good judgment under ambiguity and you're comfortable pushing back, including on the people you support. You're discreet by default. You're fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion or Linear, Ramp or Brex, Carta, and Clay, and you can pick up new tools quickly. Bonus if you've worked in defense tech, intel, or the cleared world, or supported a founder through a fundraise or acquisition.

Logistics:

In-person, 4-5 days a week, at 711 D Street NW. Competitive comp and equity that matters. Willingness to obtain a clearance required.
