Job Description

Description The Worldwide Public Sector and Healthcare and Life Sciences (WWPS & HCLS) business at Amazon Web Services (AWS) serves government, education, nonprofit, healthcare, and life sciences customers with innovative cloud computing solutions and advanced technology services that power transformative outcomes. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to 2-3 directors within
WWPS & HCLS.
This role delivers both strategic administrative partnership and day-to-day operational support across a combined organization. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, owning end-to-end travel logistics, coordinating meetings and events, processing expenses, supporting operational planning, serving as a liaison across senior leadership and stakeholders, and collaborating with the broader EA community. The role requires adaptability to evolving organizational needs. Limited travel may be required. ) business is a critical segment of Amazon Web Services (AWS) dedicated to serving as a trusted partner to government, education, nonprofit, healthcare, and life sciences customers. With more than a decade of experience helping customers overcome complex challenges, we provide innovative cloud computing solutions and advanced technology services that enable mission-critical workloads and drive secure, resilient, and efficient systems. Our business provides cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to develop bespoke solutions that power transformative outcomes for every citizen, student, patient, and individual in need. Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of senior level leadership support experience
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
  • Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
