$40,000
  • $45,000 annually (~$22/hour)

  • We win together About the Role We're seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
This is a critical role responsible for keeping priorities aligned, communication flowing, and operations running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in driving execution, maintaining structure, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks . Key Responsibilities Manage and organize the CEO's email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-up Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling with precision Track and manage the CEO's time to maximize productivity Execute and support marketing-related initiatives and vendor coordination Compile and maintain reports, including performance tracking (e.g., ROAS) Handle administrative and operational tasks across multiple stakeholders Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times Performance Expectations Emails and calendar requests are processed within 24 hours Reports and performance data are accurate and consistently up to date Tasks are completed with a high level of detail, organization, and follow-through What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail High level of accountability and ownership Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Clear and professional communication skills Proactive mindset with the ability to follow through without constant direction Preferred Experience Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role Proficiency with tools such as Outlook, Dropbox, and office productivity platforms Experience supporting reporting, data tracking, or business operations is a plus Ideal Candidate Profile This role is best suited for someone who is: Analytical and detail-oriented Persistent and reliable with follow-through Comfortable working in a structured, execution-focused environment Driven to support leadership and improve operational efficiency Growth Opportunity This position offers the opportunity to grow within the organization for individuals who demonstrate strong performance, leadership, and ownership.
