An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site. 7.5 hours/day Preferred skills include:Executive Communication & Reporting:
Ability to prepare and present clear, accurate tracking reports and status summaries for review by department leadership and executive stakeholders, maintaining a professional and organizationally appropriate communication standard.Multi-Site Accountability Tracking:
Ability to develop and maintain highly accurate tracking mechanisms for accountability across multiple locations and supervisors.Confidentiality & Compliance:
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential personnel information with discretion, in compliance with applicable law, PWCS policy and regulation, and collective bargaining agreement requirementsSupplemental Duties Include:
ELR Decision & Communications Tracking System:
Responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive tracking system to monitor implementation and follow-through on ELR directives, recommendations, and communications distributed to school buildings and departments. Tracks status across multiple sites and supervisors and reports findings to the Director on a recurring basis.Departmental Budget Tracking:
Maintains departmental budget tracking records, monitors expenditures against allocations, and prepares regular status summaries for the Director's review. Flags discrepancies or approaching budget thresholds in a timely manner.Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency:
Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel (data tracking, formula use, and dashboard development), Outlook (calendar management and follow-up workflows), and Word (template development and correspondence). Experience developing automated tickler systems or recurring communication workflows is preferred. This position is for the 2026-27 school year with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026JOB SUMMARY:

This position includes work processing confidential and sensitive information such as administrative evaluations, student expulsions, and allocation of funds. This position also includes processing materials and monitoring the work of departments under the director's authority.
