Position Summary The Executive Assistant (EA) to the President serves as a critical partner, providing high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the President's office. This individual will be the primary liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, exercising discretion, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills. This position is in-person and based out of our office in Richmond, Virginia. Job Duties Executive Support Provide direct administrative support to the President, including scheduling, full correspondence management (phone, email, etc) meeting preparation, and travel arrangements Coordinate board and leadership team meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes Handle confidential communications and ensure timely follow-up on key priorities Assist with drafting, proofreading, and managing executive correspondence and speaking engagements Administrative Support Provide logistical support, coordination, and hands-on assistance with planning, execution, and follow-up of key organizational events and internal functions Ensure smooth internal communications and calendar alignment across departments Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Capital Campaign Management Serve as the day-to-day manager for the TFF's capital campaign coordinating with development staff, consultants, and donors for successful campaign execution Schedule donor meetings, maintain donor records and campaign progress Prepare campaign reports, proposals, and follow-up materials Media & Public Relations Support Serve as a general point of contact for media inquiries and scheduling interviews Coordinate press releases, media kits, and logistics for interviews or public statements Qualifications Strong alignment with the mission, values, and faith-based focus of The Family Foundation Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership, donors, and stakeholders Spiritual maturity and a biblical worldview (including agreement with TFF's statement of faith and principles) Ability to multi-task, work well both independently and as part of a team Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with grace under pressure Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools Available for 20-30 hours per week Full accompaniment of benefits, including paid holidays, paid vacation, sick/personal vacation, life insurance, disability insurance, paid monthly parking, and the option of being covered under a self-funded group health plan.
