At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. Provide executive level administrative support to the Director of Mission Assurance and Optimization (MA&O) and the MA&O staff. Position requires creative thinking, focusing on multiple priorities, and having a thorough understanding of departmental and company practices.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
  • Tracking project commitments, coordinating correspondence, and deliverables.
  • Coordinating and generating PowerPoint presentations for the company, client, and regulators.
  • Initiating administrative process improvement opportunities within the department.
  • Maintaining miscellaneous administrative assignments as they occur.
  • Understanding and complying with the program/project and company safe work practices.
  • Maintaining the main page of the web site and coordinating other MA&O web site updates.
  • Maintaining effective communication within the organization and with the customer while ensuring a high level of confidentiality.
  • Acting as the liaison (as requested) between the MA&O director and other company executives as well as interfacing with all levels of staff within the company, RL, and regulators.
  • Planning, coordinating, attending and supporting various meetings either virtually or in person to include creating draft agendas and meeting minutes for review and approval by the Director.
  • Coordinate MA&O Director and senior management's schedules.
  • Assisting with, and submitting, travel expense reports.
  • Tracking and coordinating Statements of Work approvals in MA&O.
  • Using PeopleCORE to update information for subcontractors.
  • Placing orders using the purchasing card and the systems required for reconciliation.
  • Provide backup assistance for the Executive Safety Review Board (ESRB) meetings.
Basic Qualifications
  • Grade 8: High School plus more than 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Grade 9: High School plus more than 10 years of relevant experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment.
  • Experience working with records management and document control software.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable to changing schedules, assignments, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation & BenefitsIn accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
  • Grade 8: $57,500 - $92,100.
  • Grade 9: $63,350 - $101,350.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
