Downtown Spokane, WA About this role: Exciting Opportunity Alert! Join our team in a dynamic role supporting senior leadership and helping drive the organization forward. In this position, you will provide high-level administrative and office support to executives, managing complex tasks, coordinating priorities, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. You will also play a key role in special projects and events across the company and its subsidiaries, making a meaningful impact behind the scenes while working closely with leadership. If you're highly organized, proactive, and energized by supporting big ideas and impactful work, this role offers the chance to make a real difference every day. What you'll do: The Executive Assistant's role involves supporting daily operations by managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and serving as a liaison with staff across the organization. You will handle incoming correspondence, coordinate meetings, maintain executive calendars and contact lists, and prepare reports, memos, and other documents. The position also includes arranging travel, completing bi-weekly payroll time entry, and reconciling credit card logs. You will play a key role in organizing meetings and events, including quarterly board meetings and annual family gatherings, while also serving as the Family Council coordinator - maintaining the family website, scheduling meetings, assisting with agendas, monitoring budgets, and preparing the Treasurer's report. Additional responsibilities include processing membership dues and donations, supporting special projects and executive events, and coordinating the Company's annual employee Christmas card. What you'll contribute to our team: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); plus a minimum of three years executive-level office support experience required; some college preferred. Must have experience in dealing with high-level contacts inside and outside the company. Administrative Assistant Certificate. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to prioritize. Must respond quickly to changing demands and deadlines. Must be able to work independently and show good judgment in dealing with confidential matters. Ability to conduct research via Internet. Regular attendance is required as a condition of employment in this position.What we offer:
