Job Description:
Executive Assistant Vancouver, WA $35.00-$43.00 per hour | Temporary (3-6 Months) | Full-Time About the Opportunity LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization in Vancouver, WA, to identify an experienced Executive Assistant for a temporary assignment. This role will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination across multiple departments.
Location:
Vancouver, WA Duration:
3-6 month temporary assignment (potential for conversion to permanent)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Compensation:
$35.00-$43.00 per hour Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support to leadership and department heads Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning as needed Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Assist with document preparation, recordkeeping, and data management Support project coordination and follow-up on action items Track deadlines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple departments Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Assist with general office administration and operational support Provide additional administrative assistance as needed to support business objectives Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar high-level administrative role Proven experience supporting senior leaders and managing multiple priorities Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
