Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assistant Executive Director to join our team. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate resident care services, and support staff to ensure an exceptional living environment for our residents. Your expertise in senior care and management will help foster a warm, safe, and engaging community where residents thrive. Responsibilities Assist the Executive Director in managing overall facility operations, including staff supervision, resident services, and compliance. Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents with diverse needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care. Supervise caregiving staff to ensure quality care delivery, medication administration, and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with nursing staff to monitor health status and facilitate nursing home or assisted living services tailored to each resident's needs. Manage budgeting processes, resource allocation, and financial oversight to maintain operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and best practices in long-term care and senior living environments. Foster strong relationships with residents' families and community partners to promote transparency and engagement. Skills Extensive experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or senior care environments. Proven supervisory and management skills within healthcare or long-term care facilities. Deep understanding of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care strategies, and developing effective care plans. Strong knowledge of operations management, budgeting, and financial acumen related to healthcare services. Skilled in supervising medication administration, home & community care coordination, and social work principles. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in group home settings is a plus. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive community atmosphere.
