Description Provides administrative support for assigned executive(s) and anticipates broad, varied and confidential needs related to the business function or department under limited supervision. Oversees other administrative assistants as assigned. Onsite in Milwaukee, WI Job Responsibilities Prepares, drafts, composes and edits incoming/outgoing correspondence, reports and other documents as requested.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, agendas, contact information and auxiliary materials for assigned executive(s).
Manages various projects with the business or in a specific functional area.
Answers incoming calls, takes messages, screens and handles routine items to facilitate timely resolution and efficient use of resources.
Assists with presentations and materials for quarterly/annual updates supporting the executive or other team members.
Coordinates office-related invoices and expense reports and obtains appropriate approvals per audit standards.
Serves as point of contact/lead for various company or divisional activities, including facilitating communication, registration, and representation.
May perform full range of managerial responsibilities for Administrative Assistants, which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching, and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management; department budgets. Job Skills Requirements Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive company information, including "insider information."
Ability to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced, flexible work environment.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and other software associated with assigned work.
Ability to take independent action and solve problems with limited involvement from others.
Advanced working knowledge of department functions and processes. Educational Requirements Associate's degree in business field or equivalent education/experience required. Experience Requirements Minimum of five years of experience in an executive assistant role, other support or equivalent experience in a professional service environment.
