Job Description

Executive Administrative Assistant Mont du Lac Resort | Reports Directly to Executive Leadership Position Summary Mont du Lac Resort is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to executive leadership and assist with the coordination of resort operations, special events, and strategic projects. This position is a key member of the management team, helping keep priorities, communications, schedules, and projects organized while ensuring daily operations run efficiently. Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence. Coordinate communications between leadership, staff, vendors, sponsors, and guests. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items. Assist with project management, event planning, and operational initiatives. Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, and administrative functions. Maintain confidential records and business documentation. Assist with Bowfest, resort events, and other special projects. Help improve administrative processes and organizational efficiency. Qualifications Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel. Administrative, executive assistant, hospitality, or management support experience preferred. Compensation $22-$30 per hour based on experience. Position Objective This role serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping manage the day-to-day administrative and operational demands of a growing resort, hospitality business, and event operation.
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
