This is a full-time, benefited Professional 1 level position.Starting salary range:

JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Administrative Assistant for the LCCC Foundation is a full-time, benefited position, dedicated to providing comprehensive administrative support to the LCCC Foundation Executive Director. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations within the department, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include data entry, maintaining organized records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with department projects and initiatives. The Executive Administrative Assistant should display strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and workplace terminology. Knowledge of the operation of computers . Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of office procedures and of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic. Skills Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Proficient in organizing, updating, and maintaining accurate records in both physical and digital formats. Skilled in using records management software and tools to ensure easy access and security of information. Advanced working knowledge and ability with personal computing applications- specifically Microsoft Office Suite (e.
Raiser's Edge). Ability to interact effectively with others, build relationships, and manage interpersonal dynamics. Entering information or updating records in a database or computer system with minimal errors. Abilities The ability to observe, analyze, and comprehend even the most minute aspects of a task or situation. The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing that there is a problem. Capable of representing the organization in a professional manner, adapting to various situations with maturity, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times. Demonstrated ability to take primary responsibility for diverse number of projects and to complete them in a timely manner with limited supervision. Accurately prepare and maintain records, files, and reports, including records of materials, supplies, time, and work performed. People-oriented, with sound judgment and the ability to balance academic, student, business, and human considerations, strong ability to perform well in a high pressure and complex environment.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS
There may be occurrences of interacting with employees and/or students, past employees and/or students, members of the general public, and others who express opinions, may exhibit strong emotions, which will require the employee to interact professionally, diplomatically, and appropriately in such situations While performing the essential duties of this position, an employee would frequently be required to move around the assigned work areas as well as within hallways, meeting rooms, and other parts of the campus facilities There may be multiple/daily instances of prolonged sitting, standing, and personal computer use, which would include keyboard and/or mouse usage as well as viewing a computer monitor An employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus The overall work environment requires the mental ability to shift focal point quickly due to interruptions; an employee must be able to mentally track multiple projects and tasking as wellNOTE:

Associate degree from an accredited college or university in business, communications or related field of study or in lieu of educational requirements, three (3) years' experience in a professional environment as an administrative assistant. Two years of experience providing customer service or administrative assistance in a detail oriented, computerized, and/or data-oriented environment; including detailed use of common office software programs. Two years of experience with an advanced skill level using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc. Valid Driver's License and meet eligibility requirements to be insured under the College's insurance provider. 1 year of experience providing senior level administrative support in an office setting.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, communications or a related field of study. Two years of work experience in an academic institution as an administrative assistant to include scheduling, planning, and purchasing. If you are selected for the position, your appointment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
