Auto Parts File Clerk (Temporary) Req #2957 0999 RPI General Office, 1901 East Roosevelt, Little Rock, Arkansas, United States of America Apply Share Job Description Posted Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 1:00 AM The File Clerk assists the Accounts Payables Department in receiving, sorting, filing, and general upkeep of invoices and documents and provides relief for the Switchboard Operator as needed. We employ over 1,400 employees, in twelve (12) states, working at approximately 220 locations, all operating in the aftermarket automotive parts, paint, and heavy-duty parts business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provides exceptional customer service. This includes, but is not limited to: assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction. Files invoices in order, numerically and alphabetically. Receives and processes documents by reviewing for completeness and clarity. Opens and sort stores' daily invoice envelopes. Prepares invoices for scanning, labeling, and filing. Boxes, labels and move files. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
