Shift:
Monday - Thursday, 1:30pm To 12:00am (Occasional Overtime) $19/Hour Job Details We are a staffing agency partnering with our client to hire a detail-oriented and dependable Digital Printer Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Digital Printer Operator role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, maintaining high-quality standards, and staying productive throughout their shift. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring production goals are met. The Digital Printer Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment, monitoring production quality, and ensuring all products meet company and industry standards. This position offers a hands-on work environment where attention to detail and consistency are critical to success. Key Responsibilities Operate digital printing machines and adjust settings such as speed, temperature, pressure, color, and alignment to ensure quality output Inspect machines prior to each shift to ensure proper functionality and safety Monitor production processes and maintain daily and weekly production schedules Perform quality checks on finished products, including measuring, weighing, and visually inspecting items before packaging Maintain accurate production logs and complete required documentation Read and interpret work orders to determine materials, machine settings, and production requirements Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform basic maintenance or repairs on machines as needed Perform repetitive tasks such as stacking, sorting, and labeling finished materials Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe by performing general housekeeping duties Utilize basic computer and touchscreen systems to operate machinery and track production Qualifications Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift, including mandatory overtime as required Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Basic computer skills and comfort working in a touchscreen environment Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently after training Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, and kneel throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed Experience operating power hand tools is preferred Prior manufacturing or digital printing press experience strongly preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role
