Show:
Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing presses and finishing equipment. Master the
Details:
Review job specs, manage substrates and inks, and ensure every print matches production requirements perfectly.
Quality & Precision:
Perform color matching, conduct thorough quality inspections, and adjust settings for flawless output.
Maintain & Troubleshoot:
Keep things running smoothly by performing routine equipment maintenance and tackling minor mechanical troubleshooting.
Collaborate:
Partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to streamline workflows, meet deadlines, and reduce waste.
What You Bring Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
Background with digital printing equipment, color management, or print quality standards is highly preferred (manufacturing/packaging experience is a huge plus).
Skills:
Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
Mindset:
A reliable team player who can also work independently to meet tight production schedules.
Communication:
Clear verbal and written skills to manage job tickets and collaborate effectively.
Compensation Pay Range:
$17.87 - $23.00 / hour (Depending on Experience) Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience operating digital printing equipment preferred. Knowledge of digital printing processes, color management, and print quality standards. Ability to read and interpret job specifications and production instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus. Benefits $17.87-$23.00 DOE
