(ACS) is a pioneering leader in green building applications and a trusted solar energy contractor serving California's High Desert for over 30 years. We focus on designing and installing high-performance solar energy systems that withstand the region's demanding climate, specializing in solar electricity, domestic water heating, and pool heating solutions. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Seasonal Office Assistant to support our team with document scanning and file organization tasks. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop administrative skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to assist with data entry, file management, and digital recordkeeping. Responsibilities Scan physical documents accurately and efficiently into digital formats using scanning equipment. Organize and categorize electronic files within company databases and filing systems. Maintain orderly physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. Assist with data collection tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with precision. Support office staff with clerical duties such as copying, sorting, and filing documents. Perform basic data entry tasks including typing, transcription, and order entry as needed. Skills Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software. Experience working with databases, ERP systems, and pivot tables is preferred. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple files and documents effectively. Attention to detail for accurate data entry, transcription, and filing processes. Familiarity with office experience including clerical tasks like filing and data collection. Basic math skills to verify data accuracy and perform simple calculations. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
