Job Description

The Document Control Clerk is responsible for organizing, scanning, filing, and maintaining company records. This position ensures documents are accurately stored and easily accessible while assisting with the upkeep of filing systems and document storage materials. Monday - Friday 5 hours a day - willing to work with schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Scan paper documents into electronic filing systems File and organize physical and digital records Sort, label, and archive documents as needed Clean, inspect, and organize plastic document sleeves Maintain confidentiality of company records and information Keep filing areas clean, organized, and orderly Support administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to operate scanners, copiers, and other office equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Prior filing, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
