Dalton Motors services Dalton Toyota National City, Dalton Hyundai National City and Dalton Subaru National City, and is located less than 20 minutes from most areas of San Diego. Founded in Guadalajara in 1945, Dalton Motors is a family owned and operated business with over 55 dealerships serving major manufacturers including Toyota, Hyundai, Subaru and others. Essential Duties and Responsibilites:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Organize and maintain physicial and digital filing systems. Sort, categorize, and label documents for easy retrieval. Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents according to established procedures. Periodically review files to ensure proper organization and adherence to file management policies. Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic systems. Verify data accuracy and completeness to maintain reliable records. Maintain records of file activity, including tracking file movements, retrievals, and returns. Assist in disposal or archiving of oudated or obsolete records as per company guidelines. Retrieve requested files and documents promptly and accuratley. Assist team members and other departments in locating and accesing relevant information. Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mail distribution. Assist with other office tasks and projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications Experience, Education, or Skill Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of prior experience as a file or administrative clerk preffered Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitve information Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks.
