Join Our Team as a File Clerk at Our Organic Ice Cream & Bakery Shop! Are you someone who loves organization and thrives in a warm, welcoming environment? Our homemade organic ice cream shop, European coffee haven, and bakery is looking for a File Clerk to support our growing team. What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities As our File Clerk, you'll play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure easy access.
  • Accurately filing invoices, receipts, and other important documents.
  • Assisting with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Handling confidential information with care and professionalism.
