TBD We're hiring a detail‑driven Mortgage Notes Processing Clerk to support the Investor Fulfillment/Note Operations team. Ideal for someone with 1+ year of mortgage-related experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities include:

Processing incoming USPS, UPS, and FedEx note mail Creating and labeling loan folders Reviewing and auditing original notes (1st vs 2nd lien) Building warehouse bank packages and FedEx shipments Identifying and escalating note issues Filing and organizing notes by warehouse bank

Qualifications:

1+ year related mortgage experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to meet multiple deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
