Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scanner and Document Management Clerk to support our document processing for the dealership. This entry-level role involves handling contract documentation, scanning and digitizing records, maintaining accurate filing systems, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks related to document management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan, digitize, and upload paper-based Repair orders and supporting documents to the company's document management system. Assist in maintaining an organized and up-to-date electronic and physical filing system. Perform basic data entry tasks related to document management. Track incoming and outgoing Repair orders and ensure proper version control. Support the service team in preparing, formatting, and securing the electronic storage of documents. Ensure compliance with internal documentation procedures and confidentiality requirements. Respond to internal requests for Repair orders and assist in retrieving records as needed. Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and organizing files. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Office Manager or legal team.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous office or administrative experience preferred, but not required. Basic understanding of office filing systems and document scanning. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Eagerness to learn and grow in a legal or administrative environment.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with regular use of scanning and office equipment. May require periods of repetitive tasks (e.g., scanning, filing, data entry). Occasional lifting of boxes or files may be required (up to 15 lbs). Opportunities for

Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
