Job Description

Overview Our dealership is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented File Clerk to join our administrative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our dealership. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. This role involves managing files, photocopying, and scanning. Support office operations and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functions. Duties Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents Assist with data entry, proofreading, and document management using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing documents Assist with office management duties including supply inventory and organization of office space Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and document organization Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent typing speed and computer literacy skills Previous experience in customer service or as a personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous This position offers an opportunity to be an essential part of our administrative team in a professional environment that values efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service.
Pay:
$16.90 - $18.00 per hour
