Role Description This is a part-time (28 hours a week), on-site File Clerk position located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The File Clerk will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and managing company files and records to ensure efficient operations. Key tasks include filing physical and digital documents, retrieving files upon request, updating records, operating office equipment, and working collaboratively with office staff. Attention to detail and confidentiality will be vital for the success of this role. Qualifications Experience in Filing, File Management, and document organization Proficiency in operating Office Equipment such as scanners, printers, and filing systems Strong Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with team members and handle sensitive information responsibly Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are advantageous
