Document Scanning Clerk Southern Cross Aviation Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Details Part-time $15 - $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Data entry in Excel Scanning Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Organizational skills Document imaging Clerical experience 10 key typing Document management systems Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Document Scanning & Filing Clerk to support our aviation operations. This role is responsible for organizing, scanning, and accurately filing paper documents into our electronic document management system. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and enjoys working as part of a team in a professional office environment.
Duties :
Sort, organize, and prepare paper documents for scanning Scan documents into the computer using Adobe software Accurately save and file electronic documents in the correct digital locations Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company records Assist with general filing and document organization as needed Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines
Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy. Familiarity with filing systems—both physical and digital—and experience in document management. High level of multi-tasking. Proven experience with office procedures, clerical work, or data entry roles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
