We are looking for someone who knows the screen printing process, can keep production moving, and takes pride in clean, high-quality prints. This position is for an experienced press operator who is comfortable running jobs from setup through production and cleanup. Responsibilities
- Operate an M&R automatic screen printing press
- Set up jobs, register screens, load ink, and dial in print placement
- Maintain consistent print quality throughout production runs
- Communicate with the team about job details, production issues, and timelines
- Keep the press area clean, organized, and efficient Assist with reclaim, screen prep, ink mixing, or other shop tasks when needed Perform basic press maintenance and troubleshooting Requirements
- Previous screen printing experience required
- Experience running an M&R automatic press strongly preferred
- Must understand registration, squeegee pressure, off-contact, flash timing, and curing
- Must be able to read and follow work orders
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Able to stand for long periods and lift boxes of garments when needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Preferred Experience
