Drug-free workplace Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time File Clerk to manage and maintain accurate records and filing systems. The ideal candidate will ensure documents are properly filed, stored, and easily accessible, supporting the efficient operation of the office. Key Responsibilities Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems Sort, label, and file documents according to company procedures Retrieve files and records as requested by staff Scan, copy, and digitize documents for electronic storage Verify accuracy of records and update files as needed Dispose of outdated files in accordance with company policies Assist with general administrative tasks (data entry, mail handling, etc.) Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, file management systems) Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Good communication and time management skills Work Schedule Part-time hours (typically 920-29 hours per week) Flexible scheduling may be available Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry files or boxes (up to 20-30 lbs) Standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods Work Environment Office setting with routine clerical responsibilities We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
