Job Description:

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a professional services organization, is seeking a skilled Document Preparation Clerk. This role is responsible for preparing physical records for digital conversion by reviewing paper files, removing non-paper materials, and organizing documents for the scanning process. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive file preparation tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties Review physical paper files before digital scanning Remove staples, paper clips, binder clips, sticky notes, and other non-paper materials Organize and prepare documents according to established procedures Inspect files to ensure documents are scan-ready and properly aligned Separate and sort records as needed for processing workflows Maintain accurate handling of confidential and sensitive documents Follow workplace safety and file handling procedures Support high-volume document preparation efforts to meet project timelines

Skills Required:
