Job Description
About the Role Luther Mazda of Kansas City is looking for a detail-oriented Document Scanning Clerk to join our office team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with computers and paperwork. No automotive experience required — we'll train you on our systems! What You'll Do Scan and digitally file deal jackets, titles, registrations, repair orders, and other dealership paperwork Verify documents are complete and accurate before scanning Index and upload scanned files into our DMS (dealer management system) Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems Retrieve archived documents as needed for staff or audits Assist the office/title department with general administrative support What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (typing, file management, scanning software) Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks Good organizational skills and ability to manage paperwork volume Prior office, clerical, or data entry experience a plus, but not required Must pass a background check What We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision Short-Term & Long-Term Disability 401k with Match HSA/Flexible Spending Life Insurance Paid Vacation Employee Discounted Pricing Growth Opportunities Paid Training How to Apply Send your resume to kcmcontroller@lutherauto.com
