The Receptionist File Clerk position will provides clients with exceptional customer service, take calls, assist with mail processing, and perform a variety of administrative tasks. This position also electronically scan, archive, and process documents, as well as file, record and provide document maintenance. Successful candidates will have a high level of attention to detail, accurate keyboarding skills, knowledge of word processing, understanding of office procedures and processes, the ability to professionally communicate in written and verbal form, work as a team member, and multitask in fast-paced environment.
