Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Roseland, NJ. This role supports on-site office services within a professional legal environment, with a focus on copy and print production, mail processing, document scanning, shipping and receiving, and administrative support. The Legal Clerk will interact regularly with legal professionals, administrative staff, and business personnel while helping ensure important documents and service requests are completed on time. - Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and mail-processing equipment to support daily legal office operations.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, faxes, shipments, and internal document deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Perform document production, binding, finishing, scanning, OCR processing, file formatting, and quality control checks.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive legal documents with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
- Maintain office equipment through basic troubleshooting, toner replacement, preventative maintenance, and supply monitoring.
- Respond to customer inquiries, track service requests, maintain logs, and coordinate projects to meet deadlines. Compensation and Benefits
