Description We are looking for organized and detail-oriented individuals to assist with file management and preparation for storage at a local car dealership in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a short-term contract position lasting three days and offers an hourly pay of $17.00. Ideal candidates will be comfortable handling physical files and working efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize files from the previous year for efficient processing.
• Prepare and box files for secure storage.
• Ensure all documents are accurately labeled and categorized.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks within the designated timeframe.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace during the filing process. Requirements
• Previous experience in filing or document organization is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and labeling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift and move boxes of files as needed.
• Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
