Required Education:
High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
Prior experience in administrative support, records management, or document scanning
Comfortable working with high-volume, repetitive tasks
Ability to operate copier/scanner equipment with accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity standards
Job Responsibilities:
Scan and digitize documents from approximately 34 drawers of physical records
Organize files before scanning to ensure accuracy and completeness
Operate copier and scanning equipment to convert paper files into electronic records
Verify scanned documents for clarity and proper filing
Maintain an organized workflow throughout a high-volume scanning project
