We serve growing markets from aerospace and defence to quantum computing. We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Remote File Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our digital records and ensuring that information is accurately managed and easily accessible. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently to support our administrative and operational functions in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Responsibilities:
Organize, classify, and maintain digital files and company records in our document management systems. Perform accurate and timely data entry, updating databases and spreadsheets as required. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all electronic and physical documentation. Retrieve files and documents promptly for team members upon request. Assist in the development and implementation of efficient filing and data management procedures. Conduct regular audits of digital files to ensure compliance with company policies and record-keeping standards. Support various departments with administrative tasks related to document handling and organisation. Qualifications Proven experience in a file clerk, records management, or administrative support role. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. High proficiency in using digital document management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of data confidentiality principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
