To be discussed during interviewResponsibilities File & Records Organization:
Assist the Advancement Operations team with reviewing, purging, and organizing donor and alumni files in preparation for digitization. Review paper files using defined retention and purge guidelines Sort files into retain, scan, or securely dispose categories Prepare files for scanning or shredding Reorganize retained files into standard folder structures Track progress and flag questions or exceptions for staff reviewData Entry & Returned Mail Updates:
Process returned mail and update constituent records according to documented procedures. May perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the team. Qualifications Currently enrolled at Dunwoody College of Technology Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Basic computer, data entry, and file management skills Willingness to learn Raiser's Edge NXT database (training provided) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to lift file 45 pounds boxes and sit/stand for file sorting tasks Since our founding, all who have worked at Dunwoody have been dedicated to the success of every one of our students.
