Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printer Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production workflows. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced printing technologies and contribute to the creation of high-quality printed products. Candidates with experience in screen or inline printing, prepress, and color management will thrive in this position. Duties Operate and monitor printing equipment. Manage preprinting processes, including color management and proofing, to ensure color accuracy and consistency across print runs. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and correct issues related to print quality or machine performance. Perform routine maintenance on printing machinery and troubleshoot technical problems promptly to minimize downtime. Assist with material handling using forklifts or other equipment as needed for efficient workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards. Experience Proven experience in screen or inline printing, flexo press operation, or related manufacturing environments preferred. Familiarity with prepress processes, color management techniques, and layout design principles. Knowledge of CNC machining, typography, print advertising production, and quality control procedures is a plus. Experience working with machinery such as CNC equipment or machining tools is advantageous. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
