Overview Join our dynamic team as a DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printer Operator/Technician and become a vital part of our innovative printing operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting DTF printing equipment to produce dtf prints. Your expertise will ensure flawless color management, precise layout design, and consistent print quality, helping us deliver vibrant, durable prints that exceed customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technology in a fast-paced manufacturing environment committed to excellence. Duties Operate DTF printers efficiently, ensuring optimal print quality and color accuracy through proper calibration and color management techniques. Conduct prepress tasks such as file preparation, image adjustments, and proofing to guarantee flawless output. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on DTF printing equipment, including cleaning print heads and replacing consumables to minimize downtime. Monitor print jobs from start to finish, conducting quality control checks to identify and correct any issues with color consistency or image clarity. Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance, and quality control reports to support continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Proven experience in screen printing, digital printing, or related manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of print advertising processes. Knowledge of prepress workflows, color management techniques, and layout design principles essential for high-quality output. Basic machining skills and the ability to perform routine maintenance on printing equipment are highly desirable. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality control.
