EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
: High School Diploma or Equivalent One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience High School Diplomas and college/university degrees must be obtained from an accredited program or university approved by the United States Department of Education and the Texas Education Agency.
PRIMARY PURPOSE SUMMARY
: Operates high speed copiers/duplicators. Receives, processes, prints, binds and packages various types of requests from campus staff in a timely and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receives and processes duplicating and printing requests. 2. Produces printed products according to specifications. 3. Maintains records on equipment usage. 4. Maintains confidentiality of information. 5. Reports to work on time everyday. 6. Performs additional duties and accepts responsibilities as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock.
