• Position Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Clerk to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing company health records and ensuring their accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Create, process, and organize various health records and documents.

Ensure that records are stored in a manner that they can be easily retrieved. Perform regular audits of records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in developing and maintaining efficient filing systems both digitally and physically. Handle requests for records and data retrieval promptly and accurately. Maintain the confidentiality and security of records and information. Operate standard office equipment, including computers, scanners, and photocopiers. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate record-keeping tasks.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in records management or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with record-keeping standards and best practices is desirable.
