Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a technology company, is seeking a File Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis in Herndon, Virginia.

About The Job:

Sort, organize, file, scan, and digitize physical documents. Maintain accurate tracking logs and filing systems. Retrieve records and assist with archiving and purging files. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Operate office equipment and provide light office support.

About You:

1+ year of office or administrative experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems. Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

About The Position:
