Bilingual Field Interviewer ANIK Inc. Overview Description We are an LA based transit research data collection firm seeking Bilingual Field Interviewers in the North Region Valley area (Chatsworth and Sun Valley) for a 1 month project November 7th-December 15th for LA Metro. This is an entry level customer service position. You will be hired to conduct surveys with riders on a tablet and plotting start and end locations on Google Maps for market research to improve transit in the Los Angeles area. Schedule is Monday-Thursday. AM Shifts are 5:00am-1:00pm, PM Shifts are 1:00pm-10:00pm approx. Shift times may vary slightly depending on bus schedule. You will be riding

ON BOARD

various Metro bus lines conducting a 3-4 minute survey with riders on a tablet. Must be fairly good with technology.

Report Locations:

Various LA Metro Divisions. A car will be necessary to get to rail stations early in the morning since we start before the bus and trains start running. Parking at stations is available.

Hours:

28-32 hours per week Pay rate: $22.00 per hour paid weekly

Requirements:

• Must be prompt as timeliness is important
• Must be able to communicate with strangers (Bus Passengers)
• Must possess knowledge of smartphones and/or tablet programs
• Must possess knowledge of Google maps
• Must be able to stand on your feet on board a moving bus for up to 7 - 8 hours
• Must be comfortable asking personal travel and demographic questions

MUST BE BILINGUAL, SPANISH-ENGLISH
